As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Practitioner, I reconnect people with their inner confidence, power, peace and help increase their self-love. So often, we can walk through life thinking everyone else has the answers. We tell ourselves things like: “when I get the dream job" or "find that perfect relationship," then I'll be happy. But the truth is happiness and fulfilment start within us.

Experience has shown me that sometimes we just need the right coaching and guidance to unlock the answers already hiding within us. Together we can get to the root of what's holding you back in life in a fast and effective way that feels natural to you, and I'll provide you with the tools to reconnect with yourself and create your dream reality.

I tailor my sessions to each client as an individual & provide support on an emotional level, as well as giving clear and actionable steps for you to move forward into the life you really want.

Rates:
$170 + GST per 90 minute hypnotherapy session (first session)
$150 + GST per 60 minute hypnotherapy session
$125 + GST per 80 minute reiki session

3 session pack- $405 + GST
6 session pack- $810 + GST
