Who I Work Best With

You may be someone who has struggled to open up in the past or isn’t quite sure where to begin in therapy. You might be used to holding a lot inside, trying to manage things on your own, or feeling overwhelmed by what’s happening in your life or relationships.

I often work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. My background also includes supporting people navigating complex mental health concerns, neurodiversity (including ADHD and ASD), and substance use.

My goal is to create a culturally responsive and LGBTQ2S+ affirming space where you feel respected, safe, and comfortable being yourself. If you’re looking for a place to talk openly, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin finding practical ways forward, we may be a good fit.

Area of focus

  • Anxiety & Stress Management
  • Attachment work
  • Relationship Concerns
  • Trauma & Emotional Regulation
  • Parenting & Family Support

What it’s like to Work with Me

My approach to therapy is relationship-focused, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re coming on your own or as part of a couple. I bring authenticity and a grounded, human presence into the therapy room, showing up genuinely alongside you in the process.

In our sessions, we may look at patterns that keep showing up in your life or relationships, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and work toward practical shifts that help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

At the heart of my work is building a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship, where honest conversations and thoughtful reflection can lead to deeper understanding and lasting change. If this approach resonates with you, I welcome you to book a complimentary consultation so we can connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

The human behind the therapist

A few fun facts about me: you can often find me hosting my friends and family with delicious food as cooking is a form of self-care that I love. My goldendoodles are my world, and I love travelling and exploring new cultures. I believe travel has a unique way of helping us learn more about ourselves and the world around us.
