What is Hypnotherapy?

What can you expect from a hypnotherapy session?

Your vancouver hypnotherapy will be hosted over the secure video platform Zoom. This means you actually do not have to be in Vancouver! We also offer hypnotherapy services to people throughout Canada!

Prior to the session you will need to create a comfortable and quiet setting for yourself; it could be a couch, bed, or chair. We recommend somewhere that supports your head as you might be inclined to lean back.


Once your session begins our hypnotherapist will be there to guide you through the process. When it comes to hypnosis there is no right or wrong way therefore all we ask is that you show up with an open mind and an open heart. The session will be uniquely tailored to you thus your sole responsibility is to put your trust in the process and absorb the intentional words of your hypnotherapist.

Hypnosis is very effective with a broad range of issues. That being said, there are certain conditions that hypnosis is not recommended for. If you identify with the following, hypnosis will not be beneficial for you:
